Sam scheduled over 20 home tours with my husband and I until we found the house we ended up buying. He was able to point out flaws in the homes whether that be in the roof, structural integrity, flooring, water damage, etc. Being able to identify these things during a walkthrough gave us the ability to make decisions about whether or not a house was worth the price and realistic about what life would look at if we moved in. Out of the 20 homes I picked to tour, I chose none. Sam actually found the house best for us from just listening to our wants and needs. He was patient with us and responded to our texts/calls early in the morning and late at night. I never felt pressured or rushed. Buying a home is a stressful process no matter how prepared you feel. I highly recommend Sam for his easy going nature and knowledge. Both of those qualities allowed me to make the right choice. I’m in love with my home and I wouldn’t change anything about it.
