During my very first call with Sammy, they helped me gain perspective on what was possible and gave me the gentle nudge I needed to pursue something I was never quite sure I could do - buy a home on my own in Southern California! Sammy, along with their awesome team, listing agent Marisa Vega and mortgage broker Fiona Bryant, not only shared their expertise with me, they made sure I was set up for success even though I sometimes really wasn't sure what was going to happen next. Most importantly, they gracefully supported me thru the rollercoaster of emotions the home buying process brings forth (lots of phone calls, texts, and tears). I truly don't think I could've done it without them. I love working with Sammy so much I recommended them to one of my best friends even before I found my own home.
