Birgit & I recently returned to the valley after 3 years residing in Savanah Ga. As former residents of 25 plus years and at a different place in our lives we knew a lifestyle change was in order. Adult Retirement community. During our search we found a home in fact several that intrigued us and fit our needs. This process was going to be long distance- site unseen for the most part. We needed an agent and representative that we could trust,feel comfortable communicating with, and is knowledgeable of the current markets.Samme is familiar with our target areas. Sammy Kessner impressed from our first conversation. He always made himself available to answer any questions we may have had & to keep us informed of any and all information we needed throughout the process.He was always very accommodating providing us with visual- videos upon request .We consider ourselves very lucky and more than extremely satisfied.His professionalism extended throughout, after the selection, and the purchase of our new home.
