Sammie was first of all, extremely outgoing and personable! Very intelligent and extremely knowledgeable of the area where my house for sale was, and because she knew everything about Wickenburg,it made us real comfortable with finding something that we would like! She encouraged questions and always would answer the simple ones,without making you feel that it was a dumb question. She took her time with us and made sure we were aware of all options available on purchasing a home. She would help us think outside the box!She is a great listener and made sure we knew how the process worked. She has become, through this process, a very dear friend. We appreciate her taking my calls late at night and early in the morning! And having such a big heart, would take us out to lunch, and have the best time! She has a tendency to make you feel at ease, and always sees the positive view to everything. She went way over the top in even the smallest of details.
