Amazing throughout entire process! Samarra went the extra mile, answered all of our questions as first time home buyers and gave her best opinions and knowledge of everything and helped us with our new construction home. Highly recommend her services and expertise. We got everything we wanted and more!

The absolute best in the business! Samarra was EXCELLENT to work with, from the very beginning to the end she was there every step of the way and always there for any questions. Even went out of her way to get information if the questions I had weren’t necessarily in her scope of business. My fiancé and I felt as if we were life long friends or family to Samarra, you can tell she really takes her career seriously and isn’t just a job to her. I can’t say enough good about Samarra, if you’re looking to purchase a home whether it be new construction or pre built or even a plot of land, you would be hard pressed to find a better realtor.

Samarra was very professional in how she handled the listing and selling of our property. She communicated often and made the transition of the sale so easy since we are not local and lived out of town. I highly recommend her for listing and selling your property or home.

Samarra was very familiar with the area and explained the process well. She was able to provide me market statistics that after review resulted in a 40 percent reduction in the price I paid compared to the asking price. From start to finish she kept me apprised of what was next and the timeline for each step. I would not hesitate to utilize her services again or to refer her to family and friends.
