Samar walked us through the entire process—she gave us expert advice on how to get our house ready to sell and with her recommendations, we received 2 full price offers within 3 days of listing. Samar has many contacts to help you with whatever help you may need—roofing, painting, financing, etc. She definitely helped us get the most from the sale of our home. Samar is also very friendly and not at all intimidating like some realtors can be. Working with Samar is like working with a friend.

Samar went above what was necessary spending significant time walking us through many homes (both in person and via FaceTime). Given we lived out of the country, Samar and team also coordinated and handled all inspections and verified all repairs were completed prior to closing.
