Sam was absolutely wonderful to work with! I was so lucky to be matched with her. She made every aspect of the process of buying my first home go so smoothly. Sam helped me feel confident I would find the right place even if it took a while, and I could tell she truly had my best interest in mind and was not just in it to make a sale. Sam was super prompt in her responses, respectful of my schedule working nights, explained things so well to me as a first time home buyer and actually made sure I understood what was going on, explained each step of the process so well, and helped me coordinate with the others in the process (mortgage lender, lawyer, etc). I would not have been able to do this process without her!
