It's so hard to think of words that would encompass all that Samantha brings to the table. She is sweet, funny, patient, tireless, organized, on top of new listings, and available. (In other words... if you can think of a positive word to describe a person, Samantha fits the bill!) Samantha helped me to sell my house (see separate review), and even though it took me awhile to find a house I absolutely fell in love with, Samantha never seemed bothered by me, my questions, my endless, "Let's just go look at this one...," or my frustration at the housing market. She stayed positive and upbeat and could always turn my mood around. She always knew the perfect house was out there, and we found it! I'm so glad she didn't let me settle on something that was less than perfect for me, because I never would be in the home I am now. When it came time to write the offer, Samantha knew just what to offer and put in the contract so the offer would get a serious look. She never second guesses herself, but that's because she has great instinct! I highly recommend Samantha as both as a seller and buyer. She really gets to know her clients and what matters and what doesn't. She has a great eye for detail, both in getting a house ready to sell and in looking at potential concerns in a new house. You get all of that on top of the best personality! You can't go wrong with Samantha!
Samantha is by far one of the best realtors. Not only is she incredibly sweet and caring, her communication is top notch. She completely understands how stressful it is to buy a home, and she ensured every little detail was taken care of. If she texted or called, the first thing she would do is reaffirm everything is okay, and that it was just information she needed to share. She was always available and responded immediately. I knew Samantha was going to be great from the day I met her! She came to our first meeting prepared with comps of what had sold nearby recently and other information I needed. I had a lot of questions and wasn’t even 100% positive I was going to list. She confidently and professionally answered all of my questions and gave me all the time I needed to think through my decisions. Once I made my decision, she walked through my house with me to tell me anything she saw that might need to be done. We talked about having an open house, and even though I don’t really like those, she explained how it could be helpful (plus she collected donations for a local shelter, so I thought that was very sweet. She also walked door-to-door to the neighbors just to let them know about potential increased traffic & to let them know about the house going on the market in case they knew anyone who was looking. That’s really going the extra mile!) Of course, she was right about holding an open house! It was held the first weekend the listing went live, and we received 8 offers! As the offers came in, Samantha was very organized and made a spreadsheet so I could easily compare them. She was very helpful and patient in my back-and-forth decison-making process. When I had a question about an offer, she tirelessly went back to the potential buyer’s agent and asked and was able to provide any information I needed. In the midst of all of this, she was helping me look for my own house to move into, and never seemed bothered by my dozens of requests to see yet another house. My house ended up selling for well above asking, and Samantha was there all the way through closing. She thought of details I never would have, and helped everything to go smoothly. I would, without hesitation, recommend Samantha as an agent. On top of her professionalism and go-getter attitude, she is very sweet and friendly, and truly makes you feel like you’re her most important client. She is definitely a super agent!
