We have used Samantha in finding a rental property and most recently went through her again and bought the Elmcroft property. She was amazing during the entire process. She was available almost instantly to answer any questions we had. She would even answer later in the evening time after business hours. She sent us daily listings of properties and was always available to show us properties. She is very honest, trustworthy, professional and punctual. During the closing of escrow she was there to answer any questions we had because signing all those documents can be overwhelming and inimidating but we didn’t feel that at all. Most agents don’t spend the time to preview homes before showing the actual property. Samantha takes the time from her busy schedule to assure the home is to my standards and liking before she unlocks doors. She is also very knowledgeable and transparent when it comes to the market and negotiating. My wife and I are pleased with her service and we are so grateful for all that she’s done for us.
