Samantha Stufflebeam

Samantha was assigned to us by Realtor.com to view a property as we searched for a second home in the Mid-Coast Maine region. As we were from out-of-state, we explained that we would need her to give us a virtual tour before we would travel to see it. She willingly obliged to meet out schedule. Then we schedule three actual house showings for a single day allowing us to select one (not the original) and make a bid. We were eventually successful in having the offer accepted. During the discovery period she was instrumental in helping schedule a house inspector and work with the Seller's agent o resolve a few issues. Once we got past that she aided us when there was an issue with the appraisal, in getting a contractor to review and write a report to allow the loan application to be completed. While she is a fairly new agent, she was never at a loss to get help from her team if she did not know an answer. But she was willing to do the work required for us to get the house, and in the timeline that we wanted.
