She told us what loans we would be eligible for, the details of each loan (credit score required, % down, etc.), what one would best fit us, she even helped us go through the pre-qualification process online for our preferred loan. When it came to getting funding for our loan, she recommended an amazing agent to work with, and was very communicative with our loan agent. During the home buying process she compared houses that were for sale to similar ones which had previously been sold, to show us if we were getting a good deal or not, showed us any house at our convenience, showed us what to look for, what would have to be done before the loan could close, and overall what our options were. When we finally were able to put in an offer and have it accepted, she set up EVERYTHING for us, without us even having to ask what to do, inspection, sewer line inspection, etc. She was able to answer every question promptly, and if she didn't know she found out for us. Before moving in she even hired a crew to come clean up the yard for us. Samantha truly is an amazing agent, she will do everything in her power, and beyond to make you happy and to assure you love your home and you're getting the best deal overall.

We weren't sure if we wanted to build or buy an existing home, and I appreciate that she was patient and flexible through that process.
