Sam helped me buy in Temecula two years ago. I relocated jobs from Los Angeles. My schedule was very weird to view homes and Sam was always available. She was very quick to respond. I actually got 3 offers accepted below asking price, but I changed my mind. She wasn't pushy and had no problem withdrawing my offer since I wasn't in love with the home. When I finally made my mind up It appraised 13k over what I offered. Overall I was very happy with her, mainly because she didn't make me feel rushed like other realtors that just want you to buy. After my offer was accepted she kept in contact everyday so I wouldn't stress about what was going on in escrow and just tell me everything was going as planned.
