We'd originally been looking in a different area & got passed on to Samantha by our previous realtor & we couldn't be happier! Our first realtor was great too, but Samantha is just wonderful! She's prompt in communication & acting on any interests. She pays so much attention & thinks of all the little things. For instance, I mentioned that I was sad I'd lost my plant collection in the move. She left me a plant from her own family in nearly every room! She remembers what's important to you, & works to make sure you have that. She helped us craft an offer that won us our absolutely amazing new home in a rough market. We're so grateful & we just love Sam. Definitely will recommend her to everyone I know & she's got a client for life
