Samantha made my very stressful situation so much better. The house I was selling needed to be cleaned up and I needed some legal assistance with the house. Samantha assisted me with finding resources to help me. She always checked in with me on how I was feeling, did I need anything, and did I have any questions. If I did have questions, she explained everything and in ways that I understood. I never felt like I was just another client. I felt that I was her only client. She was patient, caring, and understanding. She knew what needed to be done to sell my house and was 100% correct. My house sold quickly and we received more than I was expecting. Samantha has knowledge about so many things that assists with selling houses. She is always professional whether it is what she wears or how she handles business. When I first talked with Samantha, my husband had recently passed. I knew I'd be selling my house but wasn't ready at that time. I suggested that she keep in touch and that's exactly what she did. Over the course of almost 2 years, Samantha would call me every 3-4 months to ask how I was doing. She was always very patient with me and never pushed. In fact, Samantha even came over on a Saturday to help me paint several walls. Seriously, how many Agents would do that? The current market is around a month before making a sale. Samantha sold my home in 35 days and managed to accomplish the 21-day escrow the new buyer requested. Yes, Samantha also found my future home and was able to help me make a successful transition through a speedy, no bumps escrow. Amazing. Samantha is now considered family. Not just for me but for my extended family members. You will not find a more trust worthy, hard working, considerate, thoughtful Agent. She answered every call. She accommodated every request. She took away so much stress and worry. I'm now settling into my new home. I'm so very grateful for Samantha's efforts and expertise. I totally recommend Samantha for selling or buying!!!
