Samantha was very knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely recommend her to any and everyone. All transitions went very smooth. Her response time was very good and she answered any and all questions that were asked. If she didn't know then she went beyond and above to get the answer.

My wife and I just recently purchased our first home. Sam was our realtor and did an amazing job. Let me explain. My wife and I viewed several homes with her and finally found "the one." It was in a beautiful townhome community. We put in an offer and lost the deal. When we told Sam that we really were bummed because we wanted to live in that house and that community, she sent a letter to EVERY person in that community (about 40 homes) asking them if they'd want to sell us their home. 1 person responded and that house was bigger, an end unit, and we liked it even better. 3 months later I'm writing this review from that house very thankful for Sam's persistence. If you weren't sure of who to use as a realtor, you just found her.
