Samantha Marx

My husband and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Samantha. I chose her blindly off of a listing of realtors and am so glad I did! She walked us through every step of the way, which we needed since we were first time home buyers. She answered every single one of our questions (sometimes the same question a million times) always really quickly. She talked to us well past office hours, knowing it was hard for both of us to talk to her at the same time. She made sure we were comfortable with every decision we made, and we never felt any pressure. Samantha is also very knowledgeable and if she didn't have an answer for us, she made sure she would have one quickly. Her assistant Tracy was beyond wonderful as well, she spent a lot of time showing me houses and was eager to make sure I found the right one. Every other person we came in contact with through this process was recommended by Samantha, and they were all honest and fair, especially the mortgage guy she sent us to, he was phenomenal! I am recommending her to anyone I know looking to buy a house.
