We’ve contracted with Sam for five real estate transactions and have been very pleased having her as our agent. As our buyers agent, she was very responsive when we requested to see properties. In the event she was unavailable, she quickly arranged for another agent to provide access. She has excellent taste, is knowledgeable about home remodels, and provided helpful feedback on the possibilities for renovating resale homes to meet our needs.
