I don't know if I can put into words how amazing Samantha was in both helping me sell my property and buy my new home. But I will start with, I didn't think I was going to be able to sell, I contacted Samantha about the property I ended up purchasing, and in the process of speaking with her about that, she told me she had someone interested in property where I was at. My former property was definitely what I would call a hard sell in the general market, because it needed a lot of work. But she worked so hard to both get me into my new house(the old one was pretty much unlivable) and sell my old property. I will always be so grateful for working with her. We had a lot of complications in closing on the sale of my old property, because of title issues, but she was so patient, and she was always willing to answer my many questions, which were many, considering this was my first time selling and buying property. At this point, I can't see a circumstance where I will be in the market again in the near future, but if it came up, I would call Samantha in a second, because I have no doubt that she works hard, and more importantly, cares about her clients. Highly recommended. :)
