Sam is an experienced realtor that simply gets the job done. In this crazy market we were looking for someone with the knowledge and aggressiveness to help us purchase our first home. Sam did everything we asked and more. We were forced to put several, several offers out just to be considered and Sam was able to do this on a moments notice, sometimes even when we were unable to go see the house ourselves.
