Sam is incredibly easy to work with and has a great vibe about her. We never felt pressured in anything, she did her best to answer all of our questions, and navigated some difficult situations in the end. She's professional yet warm and inviting, 100% looks out for your best interest, and is honest and on the up and up. We purchased our home with her, and reached out and contacted her to sell the same home 5 years later because we knew it was her we wanted to work with again!

This is the second home search we have made with Samantha. There is a reason she was hired for a second time, Sam is always there to answer questions, go to bat for you, and occasionally even offer an opinion that may force you to look at things a different way, which is a good thing. Sam is knowledgeable, professional and at the same time compassionate to the needs of your family. We stumbled upon her by chance years ago, when searching for our first home in the area. We hired her again when we wanted to sell and move, we were beyond satisfied with Sam. You won't be disappointed.

Sam goes out of her way from day one to explain the specifics to make sure you are completely understanding what the process entails. She uses her own photos and words to help potential buyers capture an image in their heads before ever stepping foot inside. Even when things don’t go out planned she makes every effort to accommodate and ease the stress. This is a second time working with Sam and we will continue to only work with Sam for any future real estate needs because Sam doesn’t sell your house FOR you she sells it WITH you. Samantha is the best realtor, hands down. She is so patient, kind, knowledgeable, all the things! We would not have found our perfect house had it not been for her! She was more than willing to deal with our pickiness and nonstop questions and concerns.
