Her expert knowledge and negotiation skills and professionalism was the best I've ever experienced. I bought a home 2500 miles from my current location site unseen and Samantha was always there to answer my questions. I told her what I wanted and she sent me photos every day. When I thought I may have found the home, she rushed out to look at the property and made arrangements to take many photographs of the entire property and houses. She looked at many for me. This is the 4th home purchase I've made over many years. I use to maintain 44 rentals and know what to look for in property and agents. She tirelessly provided customer service above and beyond that was unbelievable, even late at night. She also has the best team of real estate professionals at her beckoning and it was a pleasure to work with each and everyone of them. I personally would recommend Samantha for the purchase of any home even if is site unseen. She made arrangement for all inspections and repairs necessary.
