Samantha helped the reviewer buy this property

Awesome Agent!

Working with Sam to purchase my new home in Cartersville was an incredible experience. She is easily the hardest-working real estate agent I’ve ever worked with and consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire process. This wasn’t just a typical home purchase for me. I was looking for a property where I could eventually create a homestead and have animals, so finding the right land and setting was really important. Sam took the time to understand my vision and helped me find a property that was a great fit. From the search through negotiations, inspections, and closing, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. She was always willing to jump in, solve problems, and make sure I understood my options. I couldn’t be happier with my new home and the future I’m building there. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone looking to buy or sell in North Georgia!
