Samantha, was a huge help! It’s been a crazy market with covid. Yet she was patient and believed we would find a beautiful home! At times we would want to see other homes that weren’t on the agenda for the day, she was always up for it. At times we would see up to 6-8 homes a day! She was always up for it!! She didn’t rush us and she said to take our time. We really appreciate her, especially because it was our first home and first time going through the process. Thanks to Samantha, we didn’t really have to pay out of pocket for anything, just for us to have the house inspected. Everything else the seller paid, and it’s definitely hard finding a seller to do everything you ask for. Especially because it’s a sellers market!!!
