Sam is amazing. I don't know what else to say, but she is one in a million. She was patient through it all, she understood our housing needs, gave us honest feedback and always showed interest in what feedback we had to give about certain homes. At the end of the day, she found us a great home that we can see ourselves in for years and years to come. She made the transition of downsizing from a huge house to a much smaller home easy. She didn't push anything big on us because that wasn't what we wanted, which is part of understanding what her clients want. We couldn't be more happy in our new (to us) home. Samantha was quick in finding a electrician and HVAC and they did great job fixing Air conditioning. She was able to find a private lender to lend on Condo.
