Ms. Garong has been beyond helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered any and all of my questions, even if they seemed ridiculous. She made sure I understood everything that was happening. She even went the extra mile to calm me down when I would begin to stress. She had my back the entire time and made this process so much easier than I thought it would have been.
