Sam, has excellent communication skills, people skills, and hard knowledge about houses. She deals with crazy couples like us expertly. Has extra insight into yards, trees, botany, knows a ton of other Flagstaff realtors and people which can come in real handy in a tough buyer's market. Takes care of so much for you on the periphery of her job--helps you find inspectors, landscapers, makes extra calls for you, etc. Thank god we got her or we would have imploded trying to buy a house in Flagstaff.

Samantha is an amazing realtor and true partner and advocate in the intrepid house buying process. We were in town for a short period of time and didn't really know what we wanted.
