I would like to express how wonderful Samantha Lennon was. My parents moved back to Delaware 4 years ago and she went above and beyond helping them search for a home in Delaware. This time we were selling my father's house due to his death and everyone told me I could sell the house myself but I know I would contact Samantha to list the house. Samantha Enderle is excellent at what she does and is such a pleasure to work with! She sells our properties quickly and spares us all the stress. She's always available to answer our calls and texts and is always on top of all the "stuff" that makes the sale happen, from beginning to end, keeping us updated along the way. And always with a smile. Although our houses are inexpensive, Sam always makes us feel like we're a priority (even though she's probably juggling many other clients at the same time) and works just as hard for us as she does everyone else.
