It’s been a couple of weeks now since we finally closed on the sale of our home, and I have to say… Samantha was a damn ROCKSTAR to work with. We had a lot of random, freak, unexpected issues that came up with trying to sell our home. Things we had no idea about due to an untrustworthy previous realtor. But Samantha was on top of every single freaking one; she found us reliable contractors to work on our house who could also give us the best deal. She stopped by regularly to clean and freshen up the place between showings (we were living out of state.) She scheduled and dealt with other professionals for pretty much anything the house needed done. She even came to do work on the house herself, if she could, whenever it was needed. She negotiated great on our behalf once we went under contract. She was in constant contact with updates, and was upfront and honest about what we had going on while also being supportive. Despite the issues we faced (9 or 10 months, I think it was, from start to finish), she not only got our house sold, but we sold for over what we originally thought we’d get. I’d absolutely recommend working with her, whether you’re selling or buying. This lady knows her stuff, knows how to get crap done, and knows how to negotiate. I can confidently say she will never ghost you (I’ve literally gotten calls from her when she’s on her way to family beach day) and she will give it to you how it is. I so wish we could use her again when we buy next, but unfortunately for us (but wonderful for potential clients) she’s in Jacksonville!
