Samantha did an outstanding job helping my sister and I market and sell our parents home. She kept us informed and up to date on every aspect of the sale, and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. With her network of contractors she was able to secure an excellent painter/handyman very quickly, during a time when they were hard to come by with long lead times. Her experience and knowledge of the market allowed her to guide us to the perfect listing price to set us up for success. We sold the house for well above what we were asking in less than 5 days. Samantha is diligent, efficient and always thinking ahead to the next step. I would highly recommend Samantha to anyone selling or buying a home.
