I met Samantha years ago when I first saw her on TV and saw that she was a young, very savvy, real estate agent who can hang with the big boys. We were planning to move to the Fort Lauderdale area from California but had no idea of areas or markets to begin. A year later after always keeping in close contact with us she found the condo she knew we would love - and we did. We are so happy with all the advice, knowledge and kindness Samantha has given us. She is on the top of her game and has clever marketing skills as well as close associations with many of our local realters. I trust her moral code and expertise completely. There must be a reason she is asked to appear on many of the cable network business shows.
