Sam was great to work with. Her optimistic never quit attitude and knowledge of the market made our sale happen. Our HOA situation made it seem like our house was never gonna sale but with the help of Sam we came up with a plan, navigated through that obstacle, relisted and she made it happen. Very thankful for everything she did throughout the whole process.
