Sam was very professional at all levels from the beginning to the end. We were always in communication with all that was happening within the sale of the home, be it a phone call, text message, or email. We knew we could always reach out to her with questions. The Open House was very well run - she even brought balloons, flowers, and snacks! I love how she even motivated our kids to be involved with the selling process by keeping their bedrooms clean. We couldn't have asked for better service. Sam was very knowledgeable and had a good intuition and understanding of the market. We would definitely recommend her and of course, have her again as our realtor!

Our experience on this sale was really extraordinary. Samantha prepped everything and had the house in tip top showing condition. But then she also was an absolute real estate knowledge expert on the inspection, the deal itself, and all the rules and regulations that go along with it. On a final note, there were all the little touches she did; having the snack basket, the open house signs well placed, helping to motivate our kids to keep things tidy, and so many other things.
