Samantha helped the reviewer sell this property

High Marks

I learned of Samantha Clemons through a brochure in the mail. Eventually I followed up. I was somewhat hesitant about selling, having lived in the same house for 35 years. But when I made this decision, I contacted Sam. Come to find out she was a neighbor, living only a few blocks away and was familiar with my property. She was very helpful in guiding me through the process of selling, and also in the purchase of another house. I am sure the transition went much more smoothly because of her expertise. She took care of numerous details so that escrows closed within two days of each other. From beginning to end, she was friendly, yet professional; her input was valuable. I give her high marks and would have no hesitation to recommend her to others. —Ralph Woodrow
