Samantha (Sam) is a true hero in my first-time home buying needs. Coming into the process of buying a home, I had close to 0 real knowledge of what to expect. Sam was able to explain the process and set the expectations along each step of the way. Her ability to listen and understand my desire in a home eventually led to a final purchase that is everything I could've asked for and then some! I also applaud her ability to move quickly and efficiently - a skill probably refined by her love of Rally car racing. If I didn't have an agent as attentive and quick-thinking as Sam, I definitely wouldn't be writing this review from the comfort of my home office =D. And being in a market where there are just buyers swarming in on a very desirable area makes Sam that much more amazing. I can't say enough of how great it was to have Sam as an agent and now one that I can call a friend. 10/10 would recommend.

Sam has her clients at heart. She is centered on making sure the client has available to them the types of homes they are seeking by reviewing what comes up on the MLS in the range and type of home being sought. She also has an attention for detail and provides great instructions throughout the buying/closing experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Sam throughout the entire process of finding a home. Bear in mind too, that I was looking for a house in the middle of the pandemic when the market was absolutely insane, especially in Denver. She encouraged me to be patient and to stay on my toes in this unprecedented market. From start to finish, she was extremely attentive to my timeline and to making sure I understood exactly what was happening. Samantha is simply the BEST! From start to finish, I am still amazed at how easy this process was with her guidance and assistance. She made a cross country move on a very tight timeline seem easy. She helped us find a gorgeous home for our family, navigated negotiations seamlessly, she acted as our eyes/ears/voices when we couldn't be there in person, and she kept us on track for our tight timeline. All the while she was so pleasant, professional, and extremely easy to work with. She went above and beyond for us, and I know she does this for all of her clients. We will 100% be using her again if we ever decide to move!
