Samantha was amazing to work with. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and works hard for her clients. She’s well connected and goes above and beyond to assist clients with what is needed before, during, and after the close. We had some issues with a lender and Samantha worked hard to ensure the deal would close despite a poor lending experience (unrelated to Samantha) that had us nervous. Samantha worked hard to make sure the deal wouldn’t fall through. For anyone needing housing in the area, I’d recommend her 10/10! Thank you Samantha for everything!

Samantha was very easy to work with, and spent the time necessary to help us find the perfect home. She was easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. In addition, she was always readily available for showings, often at the last minute, and able to accommodate our requests. Samantha did a great job selling our second home in the north Georgia mountains. The sale of a second home can be challenging due to the smaller pool of buyers.
