Samantha is so professional from A to Z. We bought a second home in Poconos with her in 2020. Before meeting her, we tried several other brokers and none of them met our standards in terms of response frequency, accuracy and manners. After changing our brokers multiple times, we finally met her and it was a game changer. She was so knowledgeable in PA homes especially around our neighborhood in Poconos. We initially had a lot of concerns since we were first time Single Family Home buyers. She was such a great liaison between the sellers and us. Fast forward, we decided to sell our 2nd home this Spring, and we of course got back to Samantha without any doubt. She managed the home selling process wonderfully and we got a final check within 2 months of listing. I highly recommend Samantha to everyone (especially first home buyers) .
