Samantha is an outstanding agent to work with. She is a skilled listener and negotiator, with very in-depth knowledge of the local markets. My husband and I wanted to downsize but were unsure of whether to put our house on the market first or buy first. Her advice was to buy a home first because in this market we would be able to sell our home quickly. We found our new home within 2 weeks of working with her and were ready to close in two weeks. We then listed our house which sold for over asking price and closed in less than 30 days. Her communication skills are excellent. I always knew exactly at what point we were with both the purchase and the sale. I highly recommend her, she is without a doubt the best Real Estate Agent.

Samantha helped my fiancé and I buy our first house and we couldn’t recommend her more!
