Every now and again, in life, one gets lucky and in this situation we won the lottery in getting Sam as a realtor. In 2019 Sam Wells was instrumental in having us get a seasonal condo for 2022 in Winterpark Naples Fla. Sam went out of her way to make this happen by contacting another realtor who had posted this condo and agreed to rent it to us for the 2022 three month stay. After hearing that we were interested in purchasing a condo this year 2022 Sam reached out and made it happen. She is by far the best realtor I've ever had to deal with. She connects with her clients and is emotionally supportive in decision making skills. She returns phone calls immediately and leaves text messages promptly as well. Her knowledge of real estate is amazing. She walks you through all the necessary steps needed to complete a sale.If problems occur she knows exactly who to contact and what to do to facilitate the process. It doesn't matter what time of day or even on the weekend, if contacted, she is always willing to assist you. I've referred Sam to a few friends as I feel it would be to their advantage to reach out.
