Sam is an extremely knowledgeable, responsible,trustworthy and a caring agent. He helped us enormously to get our home loan and buy our new house. I highly recommend Sam. He is communicative throughout the buying process and moves quickly with getting all contingencies done in a shorter time than normal (financing, underwriting communication, and inspections). He is professional and not moving at the pace I was comfortable with, and was always accommodating and available. I bought a home some years ago with Sam and a second one with Sam just recently. My bid was partly selected due to the shorter contingency and closing times offered by Sam.
