Sam Will show up and try to show you any house that you are interested in even on the weekends. He will even open up his office to help out with faxes or help you find a notary. Anything to move along the transaction faster he will try his hardest to help. He will also give you a short tutorial on what an agent Can and can’t help with.
House hunting for our disabled loved one was very challenging for us with lugging our wheelchair, finding accessible parking, checking distances to medical professionals. He had excellent knowledge of neighborhoods and home prices, and was a great resource for home inspection professionals and mortgage brokers. In our purchase of this home there were MANY issues that arose. Other realtors, including the listing agent simply threw up their hands. Sam helped me work through it clean up the deal so we could actually purchase. This outgoing effort was on-top of showing us over 70 homes outside the city before we selected. He really earned his commission money with us. He was always available for questions and to show us places as were in the search.
