I was thinking about moving into the Lexington, KY area. I did not know much about the area. Sam was very willing to show me homes in a variety of town's and explain the benefit's of each area. I found this knowledge to be very helpful. Whenever I had a question about a property, Sam would let me know if there was anything structurally wrong with it. Sam is amazing! We were living in California looking to purchase a home in Kentucky and despite the distance, Sam made it very easy. On multiple occasions he went to the property and took detailed phitos of things we had questions about. He was easy to get a hold of via either text, email, or phone call. I once gave him a list of 10 or in-depth questions expecting him to get answers to maybe half of them by closing a few weeks later. Sam had detailed answers to all of them within 24 hours. He met the inspector here to be able to provide us with further information when looking through the report. He also never tried to sugar coat anything, but was completely honest about everything throughout the process. I can’t say enough good things about him. He more than exceeded our expectations and was a pleasure to work with! Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in this area.
