We began working with Sam Sparks months before our move to Colorado. He came highly recommended to us by multiple people. We have had experiences with agents in the past that were not great, and we were so nervous about making the “right” agent choice! Sam quickly set up a call to talk about all of our questions and concerns, and created a custom home search for us without any obligation to use him as our agent. Over the next few months, he showed us dozens of homes. He was beyond patient with us and respected our budget and criteria. We couldn’t be there in person, so his tours were always thorough. He would even say things like “you guys don’t want this one”, or “this isn’t for you”. Our happiness was top priority to him, even if that meant going to many more houses and not getting an immediate sale. We ended up closing in a beautiful home that checked every single box. This home was a great financial decision and Sam and his team walked us through everything- from initial offer to closing. After we closed, Sam continued to check up on us to make sure we were happy and taken care of. We cannot recommend him enough and will be passing his name to all of our local friends and family!
