My wife and I thought that selling our condo would be extremely stressful, but working with Sam made the whole process really easy. He listened to us and communicated with us regularly and clearly. His market knowledge and expertise is obvious, but more importantly his great negotiating skills helped earn us the return we were looking for. Sam was an awesome help from start to finish. after an initial walk through at a few properties, he intently listened to our wants and needs and began narrowing down options for us. I praise Sams ability to listen and make recommendations for properties we were interested in. He knew the ins and outs of every neighborhood. Additionally, I was impressed with his ability to give recommendations for future work orders needing to be done with the condo. his handy man skills allowed us to point out negative and positives of certain properties we viewed. Additionally, I was impressed with his expertise in negotiating. we got more than we wanted in the final phases of the contract. 10/10 would recommend Sam to family and friends.

Sam went above and beyond in helping me find my new home! He was very thorough in the process and spent a lot of time showing me many different properties before finding the perfect one.
