Sam was the THIRD realtor we asked to list our home after 45 unsuccessful days on the market (in a seller's market). He came highly recommended and was in our home the day after we called him. At his specific recommendations, we delisted the home and spent 2-3 weeks making changes to the interior and exterior. It went back on the market the week of July 4 which traditionally is a slow week. We immediately had a steady flow of lookers and had an excellent offer July 19. Closing was not until August 15 and much work and skill needed to be done all the way until we moved out on August 16, due to a terrible moving company.
