If you're looking to buy a home, do yourself a favor and work with Sam. As a first-time home buyer, my wife and I were overwhelmed by the home buying process, fortunately we found Sam. He's experienced and detail-oriented. Sam simplified every part of the process from negotiation, home inspection, title company...etc all the way to the end; he walked us through all steps and details.
