Sam goes out of her way in every aspect of her job. She puts the clients best interest first and takes every task to heart. She’s fun and takes a positive, reassuring approach to working with her clients. The stressful process of buying and selling is put to ease working with Sam. She’s extremely knowledgeable and has a strong network of resources.

We worked with Sam about a year ago to purchase a lot. It wasn't a huge sale by any means but Sam made us feel like we were her only clients. She did a ton of leg work and helped us through all our zoning/ building questions. We were super impressed. Our project was outside of Lincoln but that was no problem for her.
