Sam Holman

I have bought a lot of real estate over my lifetime, and I have worked with numerous agents. Sam is clearly the most outstanding agent I have ever worked with across the board. He does his homework and works hard behind the scenes, thereby providing me with outstanding information that helped me get the best deal while ensuring I got the type of property that I needed. Additionally, he was patient and supportive to me while I took my time to find the property I wanted. If I ever need a real estate agent again, I will be calling Sam.

I'm so happy that I got to work with Sam while hunting for my first home. He was honest with me about properties that wouldn't have been the best fit and let me revisit the home that I was interested in as much as I wanted. During one visit, I requested that we sit silence to see how quiet the home was; Sam was totally willing. Sam is very easy to work with and knows how to do his job!
