Though Sam may not be experienced as other agents, if I had question he was very quick to find answers and help me. As I am from Canada and knew very little of buying a house in Louisiana, Sam was very helpful and guided me through the process and found me a beautiful house for being “snowbirds”. I would not hesitate to use Sam again.
