He did a fantastic job looking out for different houses, looking out for structural issues within the properties that we looked at. He was very vigilant with looking out for items/issues that were not addressed in the disclosure. He was extremely friendly and a joy to work with. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a home!

But on the recommendation of a retired realtor friend, we decided to meet Sam and see what he had to say. We very quickly knew he was the man for the job, and he did not disappoint! He went above and beyond every step of the way, not only guiding us toward a successful sale and great profit, but coming alongside us to help prepare our home for sale. Sam is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get dirty - literally! He even helped us move a piano, because he happened to be here whenever someone showed up to buy it, and he’s the kind of guy who will jump in and help when he sees a need. Due to less-than-ideal timing, my husband was out of the country the week leading up to putting our house on the market, and Sam was at our house every day that week helping with odds and ends and making sure I had everything I needed for the final preparations. Before this experience, we had heard a lot of negative stories about realtors who seem to do little more than prepare the paperwork and publish the listing online. Not Sam. He did SO much to help make this sale come together in record time (our house was under contract less than a month after we first spoke with him). He earned every penny of his commission.
