We are a first time home buyer who got referred to Sam. We initially were just attending open houses to gauge the market and to see what was out there. After meeting many brokers through open houses, Sam was the only one that really just had a general, honest and friendly discussion with us and wasn't trying to push a house on us. She was extremely patient with us and showed us not only the area we were interested in but a few homes within a 10-15 mile radius to compare comp's. Ultimately we found a great home in the area we initially were interested in. She also made the entire process so smooth and helped us learn and be patient with us to finally buy our first home. We would highly recommend her for not only her professionalism, knowledge, and honesty, but also for the fact that we had a great time searching for a home even though we had that extra bit of stress being first-time home buyers.
